1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if services are not delivered as agreed or if there is a failure to initiate the campaign due to issues on AdsEddy’s end.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Fees for services rendered, including partially completed campaigns or consultations, are non-refundable.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, submit a written request to support@adseddy.com within 7 business days of service delivery. Include the reason for the refund request and any supporting evidence.
4. Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
AdsEddy reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time.
